The a66bet does not charge fees on deposits. Any fees charged by the User's financial institution are the sole responsibility of the User. Deposits from third parties are not accepted — the payment method must be registered in the account holder's name.
The User may request a withdrawal of the available Real Balance at any time, provided that identity verification (KYC) is complete and there are no pending rollover requirements on the requested balance.
The preferred withdrawal method on the a66bet is Pix, processed in under 2 (two) minutes after approval — 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including weekends and public holidays. Other methods may take up to 5 business days depending on the financial institution.

All bets are subject to acceptance by a66bet. The platform reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its discretion, particularly in cases of suspected match manipulation, odds errors, or atypical behavior flagged by the monitoring system.
Odds errors occur when a value is published incorrectly due to a technical or human error. The a66bet reserves the right to cancel bets placed at clearly incorrect odds — defined as values significantly outside the standard market for the event in question. In such cases, the staked amount is refunded in full to the User's Real Balance.
If a sporting event is cancelled, permanently suspended, or postponed by more than 24 hours from its original scheduled time, all related bets will be voided and the staked amounts returned to the Real Balance. If the event is postponed by less than 24 hours and takes place within that window, all bets remain valid.
Live betting at a66bet are processed in real time during events. In cases of temporary market suspension — common at critical moments such as penalty kicks, red cards, or other high-uncertainty events — bets submitted during the suspension window may be automatically cancelled. The system notifies the User of each bet's status in real time.

In the event of a technical failure that interrupts an ongoing round (connection drop, server error, or game provider service outage), the a66bet will take one of the following actions: (a) complete the round based on the server state recorded before the failure; (b) cancel the round and return the wagered amount to the Real Balance. The decision is based on server records and communicated to the User through the support channel.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of the district of São Paulo — SP are hereby elected as the competent jurisdiction to resolve any disputes arising from this instrument, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction, however privileged it may be.
